Button mapping

You have two ways of changing buttons. You can either use the dropdown menu to select the button you want to change, and then select the corresponding button that you want to remap it to, or you can hold down the button you want to change, and then press the button you want it to be.

The image of the controller will always show your configuration. If you're changing a lot of buttons, you can see your new configuration all at once. If your controller is not yet customized and is using the factory default settings, you won’t see any changes here.

If you have more than one Xbox controller connected, you'll see them all when you open the Xbox Accessories app. Move right and select the controller you want to customize. If multiple users are signed in, the assigned profiles will appear above the controller.

Always keep controls assigned for the A and B buttons or you won’t be able to use your Xbox. You can customize your controller in any other way.
